A frequently asked question is "How long before I start to feel better?" The answer is relative to you. Oftentimes the pain is the last symptom to show up- sometimes it starts with a headache, stiffness, or even loss of range of motion. Depending on the patient and the episode some people feel improvement after one adjustment, other times it can take longer to stabilize and condition your spine.
