What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki is performed on the client while they are fully clothed and lying on a massage table. The practitioner uses light to medium touch, holding their hands on a series of locations on the front and back of the body. We incorporate the use of crystals and sound healing in our practice. Crystals are hand selected and placed on the energy centers during the treatment and singing bowls are used at the end of the session to soothe the system back into balance. What will I experience?

Therapeutic Massage: We customize each session based on your unique needs and specialize in pain management, injury recovery and relaxation. Techniques include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, NMT, ROM exercises, Swedish etc. Hot towels and aromatherapy are included in each session. We also offer Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
Sports Massage: Receive a Sports Massage to prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, maintain an optimal condition, and to help recover from workouts and injuries by improving Range of Motion. Includes Pre-event, Post-event and maintenance massage. Techniques include but are not limited to deep tissue, trigger point therapy, PNF, NMT, ROM exercises, compression and stretching
Thai Massage: Including sen work, compression, joint mobilization, stretching, elemental pulse analysis, Windgate Therapy, Fire Cupping and Scraping Therapy.
Reiki: We incorporate Crystals and Sound therapy in each session and utilize a variety of energywork techniques including Aura Balancing, Chakra Balancing, Psychic and Karmic cord removal, Karmic clearing, Byoki clearing, Soul retrieval etc
