Thr principle of entrainment was discovered by Dutch physicist Christian Huygens in 1665. "This basic law of physics states that two oscillating bodies synchronize and vibrate in harmony. In Reiki, the powerful rhythmic vibrations from one source will cause the less powerful vibrations of another source to lock into the vibration of the first source." This is a major concept in how Reiki works.
