Offering private yoga sessions and yoga therapy in Central Kentucky. Rebecca is a Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach, and Life-long Student.

Rebecca's passion is supporting people in the discovery of their own strength and well-being through the practice of yoga. Rebecca's emphasis is on alignment, strength, and the therapeutic experience of yoga. Her classes incorporate elements Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Power, and Bikram Yoga. As a wellness coach, Rebecca offers a holistic approach to well-being, incorporating yoga, mindfulness practices, and nutrition. A lover of learning and a perpetual student, Rebecca holds a B.A. in philosophy & B.A. in political science. Currently, she is Graduate Teaching Assistant in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University, where her research focuses on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) and mindfulness-based treatments for anxiety and depression. Rebecca is also a private yoga coach for several university athletic teams at EKU and teaches a weekly Mindfulness Based Strengths Practice program for caretakers of dementia.
