Wow. 5 Years.
It’s hard to wrap my mind around where “Hope30” was 5 years ago this month. But a few VIVID memories stand out in my brain:

Zoom was BRAND new
We were all yearning for connection. Community.
We were all making Sourdough Bread…AND eating it!
The "Covid 19” weight gain of 19 pounds was a reality for most
The Tiger King… was “king” of the sofa surfing
We all needed a reset. A restart. Hope.

What is now called Hope30, was called “The 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge.”

We had participants from all over the country. We became BEST friends. Instantly.
It was a very special group at a very special time. And we never thought there would be another one. One and done.

Wow. What the Lord had planned for us…

Hope30 as we know it today, was “born” in July 5 years ago.
1000’s of pounds lost. Lives saved in 3 countries. Hope shared across the map.

An idea became “a thing.” A BIG thing.
And you all are apart of it. Even if you have never joined a session.

This summer, Jim and I are jumping in FULL FORCE. My brother passed a few weeks ago and “LIFE” has been completely surreal and out of balance for over a year. I would say for our family, it has been 10,000 times worse than the Covid days.

We need a reset. We need a restart. We need Hope.
Join us. It’s not too late. Tomorrow is the deadline.

Let’s gather together. Become BEST friends. And reset our health, our weight and our mindset. Let’s do it together. Again. Just like 5 years ago.

This round will be the gift that we give ourselves… and those that love us. That want us around for another year…another decade… and beyond.

Hello friends,

We come to you with heavy hearts as we share the passing of Nicole & BreAnn’s brother, Billy Jones. His battle with Stage 4 Brain Cancer came to an end on Saturday, June 7th. Our family is beyond grateful for the texts, messages, and outpouring of love and support as we navigate life without him.

Our West End office will be closed on Monday for Funeral services.

Here is our schedule for the week of June 23rd - June 27th:
