Nettles is my first love and herb I found when studying botanical medicine in Seattle 15+ yrs ago. I also used to harvest it fresh and incorporate it into many a tasty spring dishes. This dried version is a fantastic and deeply nourishing spring tonic, especially if you don’t have nettles growing wild where you live.
🪴NETTLE BENEFITS 🪴

*** nettles is generally safe for most people in moderation. Caution: pregnancy, breast feeding, taking blood thinners, diabetes medications, diuretics, blood pressure medication, edema. Talk to you health provider first if you’re unsure.
