Our circle meeting this week made my heart smile! We ate warm bread and homemade cookies. We started with a Qigong practice to practice relieving stress in our daily lives. We explored how we perceive challenges in flourishing in our relationships with others. And how changing our mind set can change these challenges to successes with thriving friendships and romantic relationships as well as productive work interactions. We ended with a Silva psychometry exercise which personally blew my mind. We all have psychic abilities which we can access if we so choose!

Halley Batten of the USA just won silver in mountain biking at the Olympics. She rides on the Specialized team and pulled out a narrow win by passing Sweden on a gnarly rock garden. Highest medal for women in USA history. Men have never won a gold yet. Maybe this year. Go USA!

I am so sorry to change the date of this ride at such late notice but I was injured by a giant wood post that fell on my leg in my husband's garage. I received 10 stitches but now my wound is not healing as it should. So I have begun treatments at Retreat hospital's wound healing center and another 20 days of antibiotics which have made me feel like poo. To be on the safe side I am not taking these legs out on the trails for fear of injuring the wound further or causing further infection. At least for a few more weeks! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience as I try to heal up!! Here is the new ride information!
