I am so loving being able to announce that DeAngelo Washington is the subject of a new documentary from VPM and director/producer Jonathen Mehring titled Trailblazer: The DeAngelo Washington Story. A good man, an amazing mountain biker, a mentor and a teacher, we have enjoyed riding with and watching DeAngelo grow into a cyclist at the top of his sport of downhill mountain bike racing. Our circle meeting this week made my heart smile! We ate warm bread and homemade cookies. We started with a Qigong practice to practice relieving stress in our daily lives. We explored how we perceive challenges in flourishing in our relationships with others. And how changing our mind set can change these challenges to successes with thriving friendships and romantic relationships as well as productive work interactions. We ended with a Silva psychometry exercise which personally blew my mind. We all have psychic abilities which we can access if we so choose!
