Instructor Core Qualities
To have passion for teaching and understanding quality movement
To have the ability to give clear instruction and provide modifications, amplifications and transition clients through a safe and well organized class or private session
To be well organized, all paperwork and back end logistics should be completed upon finishing a class or private session
To be a team player, support your fellow instructors, listen and respond in a timely manner to the management and marketing team.
Certification Requirements
A copy of the following is required if you did not attend training through Niche:
Niche Pilates, National Pilates Certification and/ or training- STOTT, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, Basi, etc
Additional certifications appreciated:
National Personal Training and/ or Group Exercise
RYT 200 and/ or 500
TRX or other supplemental certifications that apply to Pilates and functional movement
