Today we indulged our tastebuds at HOPE! We sampled a small fruit bowl with our favorite Oikos yogurt and homemade delicious asparagus 🫐🍌🌱

This week we are learning about sodium and healthy ways to incorporate sodium in our daily meals without exceeding the maximum, it is important to make sure you are consuming less than 2,300mg sodium each day 🧂
