Sunset beach yoga is back 🌅✨

We’re so excited to bring back our sunset beach yoga classes at South Ponto Beach starting this week! Join us every Tuesday at 6:30PM for an all-levels flow designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect—right by the ocean.

There’s nothing like moving your body, breathing in the fresh coastal air, and watching the sun dip below the horizon 🌊

Still soaking in the magic from last night 🌑✨

This New Moon felt especially intimate… a small, connected circle gathered on the cliffs, sharing stillness, intention, and the quiet energy of new beginnings. There’s something so powerful about slowing down together, listening inward, and planting seeds under the dark sky. Truly such a special evening 🤍

And because we had to reschedule, we’re not done yet… we’ll be back on the cliffs next week for our 🌕 Full Moon Release & Renew on Sunday, March 29 at 7PM. This one is all about letting go, clearing space, and stepping forward lighter.
