Hi, y'all! I normally offer chair yoga in person at Living Water on Fridays. This week I'll offer it online, via Zoom, since it seems like main roads are clear, but many are still having trouble getting to those main roads. Here's the link to the Meetup for this class. It runs 11-11:45 or so, maybe 11:50. Suitable for your lunch break, suitable for anyone. All are welcome!

The Zoom link will appear on the Meetup by 11:20 am. Venmo for this class is -peace (please pay as you can).
