Here are some useful facts on Hypnotherapy:

*Harvard psychology professor Carol Ginandes' clinical study suggests that hypnosis can accelerate the healing process - even with broken bones..

*Stress can can take a major toll in a client trying to heal from cancer. Chronic stress promotes the release of various pro-inflammatory and pro-tumor growth factors to accelerate tumor progression. Breast cancer spreads by attaching to stress hormones.
Humor is used in sessions with cancer clients, because laughter and humor can stimulate the immune system and help release special neurotransmitter substances in the brain that help control pain.

*Clinical studies or research indicate that hypnosis can help cancer clients with anxiety, sleep problems, itchiness, overly frequent bowel action, pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, hot flashes and other symptoms..
