I didn’t even know a pain free body was possible. Starting at 11 or 12 years old, I had back pain and radiating pain, tingling, numbness down my left leg due to a bad fall off a trampoline. I used to sleep with a pillow between my knees, a pillow I hugged, and one behind my back so I could prop up against the wall and keep my body mostly square and open through the night. I was told that “Bad backs just run in our family.” I took that to mean that I could expect pain and I should get used to it. Presently I am without pain and I can guide you to also have no pain!
