WHAT TO EXPECT when you come in for an Aroma Acupoint Therapy treatment:
*Wear loose comfortable clothing
* You will lay on a massage table fully clothed
* It will be a light touch with an oil on the acupuncture point (this is not acupressure, light touch to hold the oil lets the oil do its magic)
* Most points are on the head arms, legs and feet. Some are on the belly or chest but know we can skip any points you are not comfortable with and you will still have nice results.
* The specific oils on different points trigger energetic changes that will bring the body back to a state of balance.

Rosemary crusty boule.My hubby is a big sandwich eater so I make these a couple of times a week because they are super easy and simple ingredients: Flour, yeast, salt and water. That’s it! Not a lot of chemicals and junk you see in the store breads. Check back and I’ll post the recipe soon.
