It’s that bittersweet time of year! When our physical therapy tech leaves us to start graduate school! This year we are saying goodbye to Sydney, who is just the sweetest! ☺️ We are going to miss her tremendously… but are so excited for her future! We wish her the very best at University of Lynchburg DPT program! ❤️ (celebrated at Top Golf… and discovered Sydney is quite a good golfer! ⛳️🏌️‍♀️)

PILATES!!!!

Special thanks to Karen R., owner of Longevity Partner, for treating your Lawrence Rehabilitation - The Gait Center staff to a FUN, challenging intro to Pilates class. A team that trains together, stays together!

We learned how the principles of Pilates promote posture, mobility, and strength... and it can be adapted to any age or fitness level. It's a great way to further your fitness beyond PT.
