We are going to be outside!! Gearing up to do the annual BIPOC movement and mental health. This year we are doing it bigger and better! We have some great vendors but if you are into movement, mindfulness, holistic care, Eastern medicine, massage, music and exercise please reach out.

This is a family affair so we love vendors for the kids.

The meaning behind " Love You, Me Too! "

Women are often nurturers - showing love, care, and kindness to everyone around us but in the process we sometimes forget to pour that same love into ourselves.

" Love You, Me Too! " Is about recognizing that while we love others we also deserve to love ourselves just as fiercely.

We are grateful to all who came out to celebrate BIPOC Mental Health month with us at our summit! This was our learning curve and next year we plan for bigger and better things!!!
Our speakers were awesome, the food trucks brought all the smoke and vendors introduced us to healthy alternatives!
