Why the change?
I’ve created my own independent business so I can continue reaching people through advocacy, speaking, and community engagement under one clear, purposeful name.

What is changing?
The name and look will be different, but the content you love will stay the same—inspiring, relatable mental health articles, images, videos, and more.
