Easter weekend has passed, but the message at the center of it - that new life is possible, that even the darkest moments are not the end of the story - is one that resonates far beyond church walls.

At VIPCare, we sit with people in their darkest seasons. We've seen what happens when someone finally gets the support they need: something begins to shift. Something begins to grow. A little more light gets in.

That's the kind of resurrection we witness every day. Not dramatic, but real. A person who came in hopeless leaves with tools. A family can begin to repair. Someone learns that they are worth caring for.

To all who celebrated Easter this weekend, may the hope of this season stay with you. And if you're still waiting for your own season of renewal - we'd be honored to walk that alongside you. 💛

As the celebration of Passover comes to a close, we honor the profound story at its heart - a journey from bo***ge to freedom, from despair to deliverance.

At VIPCare, we know that the journey toward healing can sometimes feel just as long and uncertain as a walk through the wilderness. But freedom - emotional freedom, relational freedom, the freedom to live in peace, without the weight of unprocessed pain - is possible.

To our Jewish friends: we hope this Passover season brought you meaning, connection, and renewal. Chag Pesach Sameach.

Three cheers for building and nurturing relationships throughout the wellness community!

(Also, doesn't Kristin look adorable here?)

At Aspen Grove Wellness, we care deeply about our team and the work that happens inside our organization. But we also know that’s not enough. We believe it’s just as important to build meaningful relationships with people and organizations outside of our walls.

Today I had the chance to connect with Kristin Long, LCSW of VIP Care. It was a great opportunity to talk about the work both of our organizations are doing and the ways our missions overlap.

I’m grateful that part of my role at AGW includes community engagement, which is something I genuinely love. One of my favorite parts of connecting with colleagues and other organizations is thinking about how we can put oxygen on each other’s flames and support the good work already happening in our field.

It’s always energizing to spend time with clinicians who are deeply committed to caring for people and strengthening our community. I’m grateful for the conversation today and looking forward to continued collaboration.

Welcome to our first Mental Health Moment!

Today, we're talking about what Spiritually-Integrated Psychotherapy (a.k.a. Pastoral Counseling) actually means.

We serve people of all faiths (and people who prefer not to include any spirituality at all). Therapy is always client-led.

If you've ever wondered whether counseling can honor your faith beliefs without being pushy or rigid, this is for you.

👉 Drop questions below for future Mental Health Moments. What are you curious about?
