Why do most New Year’s Resolutions fizzle out?

January 1 begins a new year, but the Gregorian calendar is not aligned with any astronomical cycles.

The Cosmos gives us amazing natural cycles of endings and beginnings - new and full moons and the equinoxes and solstices… 🌞🌚

✨ The New Moon on Jan 18 opens an energetic window for clarity, commitment, and conscious creation.

Setting resolutions before the lunar reset is like planting seeds before the soil is ready.

If you’ve already set intentions, no problem! You can reaffirm and renew them after the new moon 🌚.

Aligning your intentions with cosmic cycles helps you work with the universal flow and not against it.

All within the rays of the Sun 🌞!

Where is greater balance or support needed?
