Hello Facebook fans I'm so excited to show off my outreach team out and about today at the East End Library. Don't you just love this health information table that they have set up for patrons coming in & out of the library. They were there today like every month to take free blood pressures for our community. What a team we have here at CAHN. We are so proud of them. Hey by the way the outreach team will be outside of our Vernon J. Harris building tomorrow on 3/12 distributing free food groceries from Feed More. Come on out and get your free bag of groceries tomorrow. We do this every month on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Shout out to our CAHN Outreach Department.

Let's change this story. Obesity is a serious risk factor for other conditions like diabetes, heart disease and some cancers. Talk with your doctor to understand the complexities of obesity. Talk with your family. Take small, realistic steps to help concur this disease.
