🔥You have a movement problem.

Your amazing intelligent body is constantly adapting to input–especially pain.

And in response to that pain, it’s telling which muscles to fire and when, all to keep you doing your thing.

Back pain is tells you something is wrong.

But maybe you’ve tried everything– even surgery, and you still have back pain.

Most “non-specific” back pain comes from faulty movement patterns.

They arise over time as your nervous system makes minor adjustments here and there to the way you move–attempting to move you away from pain or avoid further injury.

But this leaves you vulnerable in some places and stiff in others.

Your body is out of balance, so it hurts.
And not always just in your back.

When your back starts hurting, your nervous system changes how you move, to keep you from hurting more or causing further injury.

It "unplugs" some muscles and "super-charges" others, all in the attempt to keep you moving free of pain.

And it works- for a while...

But if you live like a normal human, and challenge your body with exercise, random house and yard chores, and unexpected adventures with your kids, your back pain comes back.

Because you've asked more of your body than those compensations can handle.

So you get more pain. And more compensation.

Surgery doesn’t solve that. Surgery solves the damage to the disc caused by using those faulty movement patterns–those compensations–over and over again.

But you can stop this vicious cycle by retraining those faulty movement patterns at the source- the nervous system. Even if you've already had surgery.

Diane came to me struggling with back, hip, and shoulder pain — especially after doing the things she loved like hiking, biking, and camping.
