Unfortunately, in this particular case, that confidence can lead us down a path of trying to manage everything alone.

Bottling up emotions might feel like a strong move in the short term, and can even be helpful at times! But it often leads to overwhelm, anxiety, or even physical symptoms down the line. Like trying to hold back a flood with a teacup – eventually, it overflows.
