Comprehensive care - We offer both medical home health services and non-medical home care in the same place. You don’t have to go in search of a new agency when or if your needs change. For A&D Home Health patients, A PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) - complimentary during the initial home health episode. Help is available 24/7 with the push of a button. Telehealth Monitoring - For A&D home health patients who need regular monitoring of their condition, we offer telehealth monitoring. An electronic device takes vital signs daily, issues medication reminders, and asks patients a few simple questions about their condition. This information goes directly to a nurse for assessment. Providing 24-Hour Care – Affordable Home Care and A&D Home Health Care provides care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
