Here is the city that made me who I am.

I decided to not take it for granted living in NYC during my childhood. I went beyond my 10 block radius everyday, from taking a long journey home, checking out a unique exhibit or festival to challenging a friend how many things you can do for free just because I could.

While NYC was perfect for me in the past, I know with complete certainty Richmond, VA is my present and future. It has more to offer me and I have more to offer them. I wanted to dislike RVA so badly, but instead I fell in love with it!

Here is the city that made me who I am.
I decided to not take it for granted living in NYC during my childhood. I went beyond my 10 block radius everyday, from taking a long journey home, checking out a unique exhibit or festival to challenging a friend how many things you can do for free just because I could.

Couldn’t have asked for a better proposal from ! There was a photographer to capture the moment, music to set the mood, and in the park surrounded by nature with a fountain in the background. 1 month later and I’m still in shock. 8.19.19 ❤️
