We’re pleased to introduce Jennifer Rose, our newest counselor supporting clients at JFS Richmond.
Jennifer works with adults navigating anxiety, depression and the emotional impact of major life events and traumatic experiences. Using a holistic approach, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existential Therapy, Art Therapy and somatic experiencing techniques to help clients better understand themselves and develop practical tools for healing and growth.
She is especially passionate about supporting first responders and individuals coping with the stress and unpredictability of today’s rapidly changing world.
Jennifer earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England.
