barReVA is a local privately owned barre studio in Richmond VA offering a unique full body workout inspired by the Lotte Berk Method. Barre is a ballet-inspired workout technique, which also incorporates components of yoga, Pilates and isometric strength training. Each class is choreographed and set to fun motivating music to create an energetic and ever-changing workout. The sequence of exercises

coupled with periods of stretching not only ensures tone and definition but the lengthening of muscles to create a long lean physique. Benefits include improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility, weight management and reduced stress.

Join us on April 24th at 5:30pm for a hands-on floral workshop where she’ll share her expertise in creating beautiful bouquets and stunning centerpieces. Her work is truly magical and can transform any table for any occasion!

🌸You’ll leave with your own custom floral arrangement, plus tips and tricks for building the perfect bouquet at home. And of course—the best part—spending time with your barre besties while you create!

We hope you understand why charging for late cancels and no-shows is important for our studio after reading through this post.

No-show charges are already in effect, and late cancellation charges will go into effect starting May 1st.

✨ Welcome back, Erin! ✨

We are so excited to have Erin back at the studio with us!

Erin moved to Richmond after graduating from Virginia Tech in 2005. After working in sales for 7 years, she followed her passion for helping others by going back to school for nursing. She went on to land her dream job as a Labor & Delivery Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital, where she spent over 7 years before transitioning into a school nurse role at St. Catherine’s. Erin is currently a full-time mom and has rejoined the team at barReVA!

Erin is thrilled to be back in the studio teaching. She loves watching clients challenge themselves. She brings high energy to her workouts that helps encourage clients each class.

Outside the studio, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, playing tennis, and traveling.

Erin will be on the schedule starting Monday at 9:30am—be sure to sign up and show her some love! 💕

That said, we kindly ask that you avoid these distractions while in the studio. We all love coming to class—it’s our happy place —and we want to keep it enjoyable for everyone.
Please be mindful of a few things that can cause interruptions, such as arriving late, using your phone during class, chatting with your neighbors, or cleaning up early. If you need to skedaddle, we’re happy to grab your equipment so you can leave without distracting others. Being considerate of those around you helps create the best possible experience for everyone.

This is your time to reset, focus on yourself, and enjoy your workout. Let’s make the most of the 50 minutes we have together. �
