Welcome Liza Collins!

Liza has been practicing with us since 2017 and recently graduated from our 200-hour yoga teacher training! Liza will be leading an art inspired series to explore the Chakras starting in February and you can catch her on the schedule leading Power and Power Down classes.

Liza grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and spent ten years living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan before moving to Richmond in 2008 to teach high school math.

An active person throughout her life, Liza played a variety of team sports and attended many group fitness classes, including yoga.

When she's not in the classroom or on her mat, you can find Liza hiking along the river with her partner, Rodney, and their rescue dog, Annie. She also enjoys reading, doing puzzles of all kinds, and embracing moments of stillness.
