During any given session, we may choose to draw upon various modalities and techniques, including, but not limited to: trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, energy work, cupping therapy, hot stones, breath work, reflexology, aromatherapy, just to name a few techniques we may draw upon!
