Hello everyone,
As you may know, February is Heart Health Awareness Month. What you may not know is that having prediabetes or high sugar levels can increase your risk for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.
Do you know if you are at risk for prediabetes? If not, follow the next 3 steps:
Step 1: Take the Prediabetes Risk Test in the privacy & comfort of your home and get your score (If you score a 5 or higher, you could be at risk for prediabetes.)

Step 2: If you receive a score 5 or higher, contact your doctor, tell your doctor about your score, and ask them to order you a fasting blood glucose test. This is the only way you will know for sure.
Step 3: If you are diagnosed with prediabetes, and want to reverse you diagnosis and reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes, please contact Assured Wellness-A Diabetes Prevention Program Provider-and we will support you on your journey to reverse
your prediabetes diagnosis and prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
