Receptionist needed:
General Job Description:
• Answer telephones, determine the purpose of calls and either direct to appropriate personnel or take descriptive messages.
• Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system, maintain & update calendars, remind respective personnel of appointments.
• Welcome walk-in customers and direct them to proper salesperson.
• Using Microsoft Excel to enter work orders into the system for upcoming jobs and create spreadsheets.
• Perform basic clerical duties.
• Restocking and reordering supplies when necessary
• Other projects needed by owners and office personnel.
Requirements:
• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Construction experience a plus
• Ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple phone lines, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Utilities Market Outs preferred but willing to train.

Job Duties to include: (But not limited to)
- Accounts Payable Entry and Maintaining files
- Weekly Vendor Payments
- Monthly Credit Card Vendor Payments
- Assist with Weekly ADP Payroll
- Weekly Union Reports
- Recording of Employee PTO
- Maintaining Personnel Files
- Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
- Knowledge of Sage 100 (MAS90) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage 300 (Accpac) a plus
- Construction knowledge preferred
- US Work Authorization required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Sending out lots of thanks again to RFC fence. Joe is such a great guy-he heard that we had damage during the big storm to the wolf and deer pens, so he sent a couple of his guys over and everything is now fixed and secure. They are always there for us, and we hope you will all keep them in mind if you need work done. They are right out in Ridge, and they do wonderful work. Thank you RFC!!!!!

With the Covid 19 situation, we have been involved with a tremendous amount of fence projects. It has been difficult to find the time to write a few words about this season. STAR is a great organization, so happy to help you help the animals!

Got a great surprise today when RFC Fence (we love these guys) showed up unannounced to replace our broken and rotted fence. We try to be a good neighbor, and keep things as tidy as possible. This is a wonderful improvement to our appearance.
