Hello beautiful souls! For those of you signed up for the Neck & Shoulders Workshop just a few recommendations. Make sure to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring some water or something to drink. I would also recommend getting there at least 10 min early to set up all of your props and so I can chat with each of you about your neck and shoulder issues to make the class more personally suited to you. I’m so excited to practice with you all!
