Good morning! This is me, this is me waking up, getting outside, and breathing in the fresh air.
Not every morning is easy, especially when we have chronic pain syndrome. Pain & not feeling well use to stop me in my tracks, now I greet the day with gratitude for having this body, having this life, and being able to move through the harder days with grace.
