Top Dawg’s coaches are certified in the latest tactics and techniques from the experts in the NFL and top level colleges. They communicate these lessons to young athletes in an effective manner. Their coaching staff are former Head coaches, current and former Assistant Coaches, strength coaches and offer over 40 years of collective coaching experience. Top Dawg Football has various group offerings throughout the year including an 8-week fundamentals clinic, tackling 1.0 and tackling 2.0 clinics. Top Dawg also offers small group and individual position specific training to help individuals improve their abilities. Top Dawg was created to grow the game of football.

Hey Ridgefield Area Parents... Looking for a great way to get your daughters access to a great lacrosse training experience then check out our 4-day girls youth lacrosse camp at the Athletic IQ Lab. Experiemce our state of the art facility with 2400 sq/ft of indoor turf in the heart in Ridgefield, CT. Open to girls 4th grade - 8th Grade on 6/24-6/27 10am - 12:30pm. Register for all 4 days and get $50 dollars off or register daily. Lax skills coaching by AIQ's graduating senior RHS lax players Abby McGuire, Caroline Trinkaus, Caroline Gerosa, and Roma Peressutti. Additionally, the AIQ coahing staff will train and teach the girls the basics of training to be a lacrosse (or any sport for that matter 😉) athlete.

We needed to take some time to look back at the all the athlete's past and present that have trained with us here at AIQ Lab. We are proud of these great individuals that have taken hard earned talents to the next level... some pretty cool university names! Virginia, UNC, Syracuse, Loyola, Bryant, UC Davis, Villanova, Sacred Heart, Tufts, Lehigh, Notre Dame, Holy Cross, Bucknell, Hobart, Dickinson, and Iona to name a few. The balance of time allowed for training vs. playing is skewed in the wrong direction. If you want to be better at your sport playing more games is not the answer! Increasing your level of athleticism will increase your capacity to absorb your sport specific training. Our goal for our older athletes is stay healthy and active. That means we need to build a baseline resiliency that only comes from doing work. We use the term "on demand", which basically means being ready for the adventures life has to offer. Then you need put in the work to make sure your body can respond. Do more! Before you do MORE, MORE 🤣
