We gave up our "gravy years" for this.

We've poured in money, sacrificed family time, all during the so-called gravy years when we were supposed to be coasting a little. Instead, we're grinding every day trying to convince people to invest in their kids' health.

The anxiety is real. But maybe that's the point. We're living the exact lesson we're trying to teach.
