I’m thrilled to introduce the newest member of our Flex and Flow Bodywork family — Daniela!
Daniela is a phenomenal Massage Therapist whose warmth, expertise, and dedication make her a perfect fit for the F&F team. She is passionate about helping clients feel relaxed, renewed, and balanced.
Daniela graduated Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2018. Since then she has primarily worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists. Daniela uses massage and manual techniques as a way to help clients ease symptoms for an improved quality of life. She provides an integrated and customized treatment plan that addresses individual needs and goals.
Daniela’s specialties include Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching and Therapeutic Swedish.
When she’s not working, you can catch her out and about with her husband and two kids enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys dance and loves to listen to music.
Starting immediately, Daniela will be available to book online on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Additionally, she is happy to accommodate appointments on other days upon request, so feel free to reach out for your convenience.
