🌸Why shouldn't you buy just any essential oil? 🌸

Because guys, and please listen to me here when I tell you, most of these “cheap” EOs are actually laced with synthetic fragrances that are not natural meaning you won't reap the benefits of true essential oils.

These kind of Synthetic oils in fact can do more damage to your body by using them because they can store as toxins, unable to be released. I've even seen terrible ones in health food stores, kmart and Target just to name a few !

Some oils are watered down so you need to use more which doesn't end up being cost effective nor does it give EO's a good name 😒

It's one thing to make sure the oils you get are "pure" but any company can say that. It's an entirely other thing to have the testing capability to ensure EXACT standards on the potency and therapeutic quality of all of the constitutes within the oil.

You can have a "pure oil" that wasn't grown at the right pH or it was harvested too early and although that lavender (as an example) may smell amazing - it has absolutely no therapeutic effect when you use it.

Over the 24 years of YL being in business, they have developed the largest library of Essential Oil samples for testing IN THE WORLD.

The reason this matters is because any company can claim they have the highest quality oils on the market but the only way they know is by testing their oil against their OWN library. Which no one has the size of library that YL do for testing. So even if the tests they run on the lavender is pure and high quality.. compared to WHAT?! They aren't comparing it to anything other than there own products.

I trust YL oils because they have a seed to seal promise. This process ensures that every single process from picking the seeds to prepping the soil to harvest to distillation is done to our standards. So many people have said how quick and effective these oils have been for them. It's really hard not to love their products!

When the Luscious Lemon line 1st came out, I wondered what the hype was?? Isn’t it another just lemon scented hand soap like most brands have- that sharp refreshing tangy scent if you are to get what I mean.

However there were so many raves about it that curiosity got the better of me. Luckily it was in a good way!!! I got it in my ER order this month and when I opened, WOW, it smelt delicious!!!! Very very different from most scented lemon soaps. Almost like a lemon meringue pie!!!! I guess if it was a drinkable liquid dessert I would have drank it right on the spot 🙈

LET’s TALK DIFFUSERS!

I often get asked, "What's so special about a Young Living diffuser? Can't I just buy one from Amazon or Target?” Honestly, I'm a little bit biased, & frankly I've never used anything other than a Young Living diffuser. I believe in the company & their standard of excellence, & that's enough to convince me that their diffusers are the best. That being said, I want to back that up with WHY I believe they are the best.

✨Young Living's diffusers are made of medical grade plastic. I don't know if less expensive diffusers can claim this, but if the quality of the plastic isn't specified on the package, I would avoid it. Medical grade plastic is a must because of "plastic leaching?" Perhaps you've heard of it w/ regards to containers that must be microwave avoided because of the harmful chemicals that can come from the plastic & into your food. The same priniciple applies to plastic from a diffuser. Good quality therapeutic grade essential oils' organic molecular structure doesn't mesh well with cheap, low-grade plastic. Young Living diffusers are made from the highest quality hard plastic that are made specifically for the potency of the oils. With a YL diffuser, all you breathe is the amazing healing benefits of the oils with no concern that chemicals are floating in the air.

✨Young Living diffusers are cool mist. Avoid old school oil warmers & plug-ins. Those are designed to warm synthetic fragrance oils. They provide no therapeutic benefits & are harmful. Many companies that make cheap oils have warning labels that say "Flammable," or "do not apply to skin." These warnings are a red flag that these oils have been altered w/ synthetic chemicals & are harmful. Read your labels. A quality essential oil should not be heated!
