Loosen UP Therapeutic Massage Loosen UP Therapeutics Loosen Up Therapeutics opened in March of 1994. In addition to my original training, I have been a life-long learner.

Through years of study, the knowledge gained from Qigong, Yamuna Body Rolling, and various Yoga styles inform and advance my body work. The intent and emphasis of my therapeutic massage is promoting health and healing, assisting people in releasing tension and stress, restoring ease of movement, and developing a calm and focused mind. issue massage, Sports massage, Trigger Point therapy and Zen Shiatsu massage. In 2014 I became an ACSM certified personal trainer and incorporate this training into my practice.
