We help our clients to lose weight and keep it off, while restoring healthy lifestyles. Many of our clients suffer from chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, cardiac care, hypoglycemia, and GI problems such as IBS, gerd, colitis, acid reflux, food allergies and other intolerances. Others suffer from life threatening or debilitating illnesses such as cancer, MS and Lupus. Some suffer from anorexia or bulimia. We work with all ages, from teens to elder-care, and we supplement our nutritional care with specialized behavioral counseling in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, and AHD. Many clients benefit from Life Coaching directed toward vocational, marital or other life challenges. We often help teens to reconcile their concerns about relationships, adulthood and education. Our psychotherapy practice has helped hundreds of clients of all ages to achieve healthy, active careers and relationships.
