Jay and I have been a fierce duo for the past five years. Somewhere along the way, we stumbled into a kind of magicā€”blending live music with yoga in a way that feels truly special. The way it moves our studentsā€¦ pure bliss. And honestly, the way it moves us, tooā€¦ also pure bliss.

Weā€™re back doing our gigs in assisted living facilitiesā€”classes that both of us LOVE. I put together a little reel to share some of the moments weā€™ve created over the years.

We donā€™t take nearly enough photos, but thatā€™s only because the experience itself is so potentā€¦ weā€™re usually too busy being in it. āœØ

Motherā€™s Day gift cards are my favorite because they support the health and happiness of these incredible women who not only create life but nurture life everyday. For the grandmas who look at you with adoration in their eyes, the moms who have shown up for you without you having to ask, and the mother figures that rained love upon youā€¦ this is for them.

Each gift card will come with a little bouquet of flowers for the ultimate special presentation. Order by May 8th to coordinate delivery/pickup. šŸ’

*Also, I just want to hold space for the people who have lost their mamas or donā€™t have mother figures. For the people who mother themselves. For the mothers who have lost a child. I see you. I love you. I pray you give yourself grace, honor your sensations and find a way to celebrate life-givers in a new way with your own authentic tradition.
