I enjoyed the NeuroTrauma Symposium immensely yesterday and made several meaningful connections. 🤍🩵
Jin Shin Jyutsu helps to resolve shock and trauma from the nervous system, improving neurological health, responsiveness and adaptability with light touch on specific energy centers on the body.
Stephanie Mines who wrote, We are All in Shock, studied under Mary Burmeister here in America and Japan. She furthered her studies with Jin Shin Jyutsu, specifically with shock and trauma (with veterans and more) and prenatal health and working with babies. In our current hospital protocols…trauma many times begins at birth.
We have a specific protocol of gentle holds on the body to relief shock In The Moment and from the past. We also have direction for gently resolving trauma from the body from age 0 to present. Jin Shin Jyutsu is safe, gentle and does not require verbal engagement. Which is great as a complementary care for EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
A Big thank you to Catherine Bishop, Executive Director at the Ms Brain Injury Association for inviting me to have a booth this year at the Symposium.
Working with those with brain injury, stroke and there caregivers is close to my heart. ❤️
I have a private studio in Ridgeland where I offer Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions and Integrated Massage with Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Mini classes are also offered for private groups (and public) to help yourself and loved ones.
If you are curious about my services and would like to talk, I would be happy to set up a phone consult with you. No pressure or obligation.
