🔥 And that's a wrap! The Summerhouse BBQ Series made its final stop in New Orleans, LA, at SummerHouse Vista Shores, and it was the perfect way to end the tour! 🔥

This beautiful community sits right on the water, and even though the rain made a quick appearance, it didn't stop the fun. Residents, team members, and even a few families came out to enjoy the music, the views, and, of course, the food!

We're talking 12-hour slow-cooked BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken quarters, baked beans, vinegar slaw, and banana pudding to top it all off. It was comfort food at its finest!

Huge thanks to Katie, Melissa, Wendy, Olin, Vanessa, and Chef Pierre for bringing the heart and hustle to make this day so special!

🔥 The Summer House BBQ series made a heartfelt stop at SummerHouse Ashton Manor, and was one to remember! 🔥

For Divisional Director of Culinary, Michael Kelly, this visit was especially meaningful as Ashton Manor was the very first Community where he ever did a chef demo. Returning here as part of the BBQ Series brought everything full circle for him!

With the help of an incredible team that included Stephanie, Samantha, Chef Alexis, and Lisa, the day was filled with joy, connection, and amazing food! The menu had BBQ chicken, grilled cheeseburgers, potato salad, baked beans, walnut turtle brownies, and of course, peach cobbler. A perfect Southern spread that brought residents and team members together for a special afternoon!

Ashton Manor raised the bar in every way, and with just one stop left on the Summerhouse BBQ Series tour, the excitement is building to see how it will all wrap up!

🔥 The Summerhouse BBQ Series rolled into Slidell, and SummerHouse Park Provence brought the flavor and the fun! 🔥

From the moment Chef Michael arrived, this community was ready to celebrate, with games, laughter, and the smell of shrimp, pineapple, and grilled veggies in the air. It was the perfect mix of Summer joy and Southern hospitality.

Special thanks to Audrey, Susan, Chef Lena, Clint, Tina, Kenyona, Richard, and Emily for putting so much heart into every part of the day. It's no surprise this building has a waiting list, the warmth and energy here are something special!

The menu was a total hit. shrimp and pineapple skewers, grilled chicken and veggies, homemade potato salad, baked beans, and not one, but TWO cobblers, cherry and peach. enough said!

This team absolutely delivered, and the BBQ series heats up. The next stop has big shoes to fill!

🔥 The Summerhouse BBQ Series rolled into The Trace Senior Living this week, and wow, did they show up hungry and ready to party! 🔥

The team at The Trace knows how to throw a cookout! We had grilled ribs, Mexican Street corn, potato salad, cornbread, and the most perfect peach cobbler to wrap it all up. It was pure Southern Comfort and totally delicious!

Huge shout-out to Chef Thomas, Frank, Julie, Regina, Bev, and Campbell for putting together such a fun and flavorful event. You could feel the love and teamwork in every dish!

Residents and team members spent the afternoon enjoying music, dancing, and catching up, exactly the kind of connection this series is all about. The Trace definitely raised the bar for the rest of the tour!

SummerHouse Alexandria set the tone with an incredible day of food and fun! From the first bite to the last laugh, this community knows how to bring the energy (even on a hot Louisiana day)!

Huge thanks to Maggie and her amazing team, Donnelle, Cindy Lo, Jenny, Robert, Anthony, Felicia, Doris, and Chef Travis for creating an unforgettable experience. Your dedication to residents and your strong sense of community were felt in every moment.

The food was next level, and the hospitality was even better. This team made it very hard to leave!
