The third Annual Spring into Wellness 5k and Health Fair is in the books! Thank you to all participants, sponsors, health fair professionals, and farmer's market vendors for making this year another success. 🥇🥈🥉

THREE DAYS until Spring into Wellness 5k and Health Fair is here!

Throughout the morning, this Saturday, we have amazing door prizes and numerous ways to win. We have Wellness Bingo, Star War's themed for May the Fourth. Complete a row of the bingo sheet, and the first 10 winners will receive a gift card to Whirl Smoothie Bar & Coffee House.

We have random door prize give-a-ways. All 5k participants are eligible and included as part of their registration. There is still time to sign up. Sign-up through Race Roster: https://raceroster.com/events/2024/84463/spring-into-wellness. All other attendees can sign up at the welcome table.

Lastly, we have the Wheel of Wellness! Spin the wheel, answer two quesitons, win a prize. No losers; only winners. Our objective is to teach you something new, so if you don't answer the questions correctly, you still win. 5K participants are eligible and included as part of their registration. We have an exciting addition to Spring into Wellness this year - a farmer's market! You know us for our 5K, Family Fun Run, and Health Fair with comprehensive, free health screenings. At the Center for Integrative Health, we do not just focus on one aspect of the person, but their mind, body, and spirit to have a comprehensive care plan. We designed a 5k to enable anyone regardless of fitness level to participate to get their bodies moving. We have comprehensive health screenings to encourage healthy habits, like good posture! Now we want to have healthy, fresh foods available for members of our community, right in their backyard.

On Saturday, May 4th we will host:
