Graduation is supposed to feel like a clear finish line. But for a lot of people, it feels more like standing in the middle of a question you can’t fully answer yet. You can be proud of what you’ve done and still feel unsure, anxious, or a little lost about what comes next. That doesn’t mean you’re behind. It means you’re in a transition. Not because they do not care about their mental health, but because finding care can feel confusing, expensive, time-consuming, or emotionally exhausting. The good news is more adults are accessing mental health treatment than before. That progress matters. But there is still work to do in making care feel easier to start and easier to stick with.
