Jennifer Sigrest, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH, is a licensed professional counselor and certified mindfulness meditation teacher. Through her work at Lotus Place Counseling and The Lotus Place, Jennifer supports adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and uncertainty with warmth and wisdom.

She’s trained with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and brings decades of experience in behavioral health, weaving mindfulness, compassion, and grounded presence into everything she offers.

A lifelong lover of the outdoors and a Mississippi Master Naturalist, Jennifer draws deeply from the rhythms of nature in her approach to mindful living.
