does not bill insurance and payment is expected at the time of service. We will try to confirm your reservation a day before to the numbers you provided at the moment of booking. We request a 24 hr for cancelations. Please be aware all “No Show” or same day reservations will be responsible for 100% cost of your service. If you are late for your appointment it will still end at the scheduled time. Full payment is expected for your scheduled session time in this event. Please cancel your appointment if you are sick or not feeling well at no charge. You will be rescheduled not earlier than 14 days after if possible. No symptoms present. Please we ask that you wear a mask during your visit. Please remember to fill out your forms and submit on line as soon as possible. During your massage session you will be draped with a sheet and isolated areas exposed in order to address the soft tissue directly. Your right to privacy and modesty is our utmost concern at all times. We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual misconduct. Any client who behaves in a sexual manner with questioning, actions, statements, exposing themselves to staff etc, will be removed from the property. Massage for Health

There are so many variables specific to each client's pain or dysfunction, that to follow any pre-scripted, step-by-step recipe just does not serve the best interest of the client. Instead, to be able to deliver true client-centered, clinical care, I offer a full range of treatment concepts. I professionally craft a customized treatment program to address each client's specific issues in ways that achieve the best possible results. All new clients start the clinical process with taking a client history, assessing and documenting active Range of Motion, Balance, Gait and Body Alignment to determine which muscle groups are involved. Among the broad range of manual techniques that could be apply; classic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, active engagement, therapeutic stretching, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and Cranial Release, all with appropriate pressure guided by the client. If the condition is not acute I may also use heat to soften the fascial tissue and bring circulation to ischemic areas. Perhaps some cold hydrotherapy At the end of the session we may discuss what behaviors the client can modify or exercise they can do to help improve their condition. As to targeting specific muscles groups, or structural elements to treat for any given pathology, my protocol is to be supremely through and requires specific knowledge of anatomy, pathology and kinesiology.
