Any information you give me, I promise is between you and me only. I work with you and your Dr, to come up with a plan to help you not need pills and prescriptions. I know for me, my goal is, to grow old NOT in pain, I want to be healthy and mobile. As we age our bodies cant take what we have done to it for all these years and it starts to shut down. Its hard to go back in time and erase what we have done, but we can at least try to get some pain relief or get your weight down.

Yummy and healthy beet juice. All you need is 5 ounces a day of this and you will receive all the benefits.$9 8 ounce bottle
Ingredients; red beets-lemon-ginger-pear-coconut water
Made to order , if you don’t like pear, green apple is also delicious, if you want to add turmeric I can do that, if your allergic to coconuts, I use apple juice instead.

My little lunch….wild caught sweet honey salmon, garlic asparagus, jasmine rice topped with my home made plum salsa! I have no words to describe the flavor, the flavors just work so nicely together, it just makes your mouth water the moment it hits your tongue! This recipe is a keeper. Some day I WILL open my own kitchen

Plum salsa! I will be making a sweet honey salmon tomorrow and I will be topping it with this plum salsa over either a spring salad mix or jasmine rice with sprinkled goat cheese!
