When Makala first joined Relentless Fitness, she was newly postpartum with one main goal: to lose weight and get back in shape after having her baby.
Early in her program, Makala realized something powerful — even on her toughest days, she could stay on track. That’s exactly what we strive to build here: not just a workout plan, but the tools, mindset, and self-awareness to overcome obstacles instead of ignoring them.
