A Day in the Life at Camp SEK
✨ This weekend was an incredible showcase of growth and healing. Morning activities like agriculture or going through the ropes course to foam parties and karaoke at night, our campers engage in a variety of therapeutic activities designed to nurture their minds, bodies, and spirits!

🧘‍♀️ Activities include:
-Mindfulness
-Group therapy sessions
-Art
-Low ropes team-building
-Agricultura
-Fishing & lake time

Each activity is rooted in biblical teachings and experiential therapy, fostering resilience and connection. 🌱
