Sometimes the most meaningful investments are the ones made at the last minute.

This weekend in West Palm Beach, I made the decision to attend the A4M conference. It was a sacrifice to be there, but I remain deeply committed to ongoing growth and excellence in the care I provide my patients.

I didn’t take many pictures, but I’m grateful for the time spent connecting with providers and vendors who share that same spirit of excellence. And of course, the long adventurous walks with Lori never disappoint — always good for the soul.

Grateful for the learning, the connection, and the reminder that showing up matters.

Most people aren’t getting enough fiber… and it matters more than you think 🤍

Fiber plays a huge role in digestion, blood sugar balance, hormone support, and gut health — yet most people fall short of what their body actually needs.

Aim for about 25–35g of fiber per day, but don’t jump there overnight. Slowly increase your intake to give your body time to adjust and avoid bloating or discomfort.

Start simple by adding more fiber-rich foods like:
• Berries (raspberries, blueberries)
• Avocado
• Chia seeds & flaxseeds
• Leafy greens (spinach, kale)
• Lentils & chickpeas
• Oats
