Our Story
Wild Woods Wellness is dedicated to providing an avenue of profound natural healing that does not harm the physical body or Mother Earth. We do this by creating small batches of beautiful herbal products that utilize Wild Harvested and locally grown Biodynamic herbs. We grow the herbs at Livingood Farm in the Driftless Region of northeastern Iowa, creating as wild a habitat as possible and always listening to what the plants need in order to thrive.
We strive to empower others to take their wellness and vitality into their own hands. We encourage others by providing teachings and information about healing all parts of the self, including the physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spiritual body. Just as plants need to be integrated in their environment to grow, we need to integrate the many aspects of our lives into one cohesive whole to live a sustainable life and find our wellness.
