Last week, clients in our Adult Day Treatment Program participated in an Overnight Oats workshop. Overnight oats offer a nutritious, high-fiber, and convenient breakfast that promotes digestive health. By soaking raw oats in liquid (milk or yogurt) overnight, they become easier to digest and help manage blood sugar levels while providing a high-protein start to the day.
The activity was a big success!

Special thanks to Caitlin, West Bergen Direct Care Supervisor for organizing this workshop and Susan Tozzoli (not pictured) for helping with measuring and mixing.

Our clients loved the results and can't wait to try a new recipe.
